Unfortunately, the number of people wanting a place far exceeded what was available. It was clear on the letter that priority would be given to the children on the SEN register and those in receipt of free school meals. There were only a few places remaining which were then given to children who brought their slips back first. All classes numbered the slips on receipt each morning. 

All families that were successful then received a letter home telling them they had a place. If you did not receive this letter, you do not have place. Please do not turn up on the day unless you received a letter saying you were successful as a register will be taken by a member of staff prior to departure. 

Reminder for those who have been given a place that the trip is taking place on Wednesday 2nd August and the coach will pick up outside St.Patrick’s Church at 9am and will depart Filey at 4pm. A packed lunch will be provided for everyone on the trip but you are welcome to bring your own food or purchase it when you are there. Please make sure you are on time - the coach will not wait.
