We have completed the local authority risk assessment and at this stage I can confirm that school will be open on Wednesday 1st February for all pupils. Be aware, this situation could change and parents must be prepared for this and have alternative childcare arrangements in place should school need to close due to lack of staff. 

Although school we be open there will be considerable disruption to our normal provision on this day. Members of the NEU are exercising their right to strike (without pay) and we must respect this decision. I know they have not taken the decision lightly and it pains them to do so. We are blessed to have a committed workforce, who always try to put the needs of our children first.
